課程介紹
由英國NCC 頒發的Level 3 International Foundation Diploma 專為母語非英語的國際學生度身設計，著重於提升學生的英語語言能力，培養其課堂學習技巧，增強他們的跨文化交際意識，同時為他們即將在海外大學的學習打下堅實的專業基礎，使他們在國外的學習與生活得心應手、遊刃有餘，是香港學生進入海外大學本科階段學習不可或缺的銜接課程。IFD課程是一個主要以商業、電腦、工程和科學為主要升學方向的國際預科課程。
大學認可
目前，全球已有超百所海外大學認可IFD課程，接受IFD直接進入讀大學海外學習。 IFD課程的升學目的地以英國為主，同時也包括澳洲大利亞、美國、紐西蘭、愛爾蘭、加拿大、法國、荷蘭、德國、瑞士、瑞典、日本、馬來西亞、新加坡、寮國、越南、中國香港等地的大學。(詳情可咨詢升學顧問)
評核方法
透過作業與考試的方式進行考核，成績合格後頒發英格蘭資格與考試監理辦公室（Ofqual）認證的NCC教育高等教育國際預科文憑 。
修讀模式
IFD課程設有18門課程，其中必修課4門，選修課14門，依學生入學語言程度和學科興趣，以必修
課+選修課的模式完成總計120個學分課程的學習。
雅思4.5分≤成绩＜雅思5.5分需要修讀必修課4門+選修課2門
成绩≥雅思5.5分需要修讀必修課3門+選修課2門

To complete the qualification a student must study and pass units to the total of 120 credits* based on IELTS score and desired career pathway:
(A) 4 core + 2 elective
(B) 3 core + 3 electives
(C) 4 core + 1 electives + 2 electives
(D) 3 core + 2 electives + 2 electives
Core Units for Students with a score of 4.5≤ IELTS (or equivalent) <5.5
