The QUALIFI Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership is a Level 7 qualification. The workload is calculated using Total Qualification Time (TQT), which estimates the hours needed to master the material, including guided instruction, independent study, and exams.

- Individual Unit Workload: Each 15-credit unit represents roughly 150 hours of TQT, which incorporates 60 hours of Guided Learning.

GLH is strictly the time spent under the direct supervision or real-time guidance of a tutor. Examples include:
